Have you always been in real estate? If no, what’s your background?
My professional background is in Banking and I have held lending positions with Suncorp, Westpac and Yellow Brick Road. I started with Bonaccorde in January this year and I’m loving it.
Why real estate?
Personally, I’m very interested in property. Having assisted clients for close to 20 years arrange finance for property purchases, I’m excited about being involved with the end- result. A home loan isn’t all that exciting but a new property purchase certainly is. I also look forward to supporting our Vendors and understand from my recent experience how important it is to have professionals you trust to support you.
What does a typical day at work involve for you at Bonaccorde?
There’s not enough room here to write it all – I’m constantly juggling a multitude of tasks to help facilitate the sale for our clients – my day flies by!
What has been the most memorable achievement in your career to date?
A promotion at Suncorp into Business Banking/Property Finance.
What are you looking forward to?
Meeting my grandchild in August this year!
What are three things you couldn’t live without?
My husband, adult children and close friends.
What are some of Peninsula’s best kept secrets?
Stillwater @ Crittendon and Port Phillip Estate, Red Hill are a couple of favourites.
Your favourite shops for homewares/gifts?
Zen Living, Mornington and Main Exposure, Mt Martha.
What/Where was the last great meal you ate?
Bronx Mornington – brilliant food and at a reasonable price.
What is your dream destination and why?
There are a few places left on my wish-list: Spain, Africa and Hawaii.
Who was your first rock concert?
Peter Frampton – goodness that shows my age!
If the queen was coming for dinner what would you cook?
