SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT
What does a typical day at work involve for you at Bonaccorde?
First thing I do is grab a coffee in the village, then I check realestate.com to check what’s come on the market and what’s sold. The entire day is really spent talking to people about their real estate needs and trying to help people achieve their property goals. I’ve lived on the Peninsula my whole life, so I know it like the back of my hand. I love Real Estate – it’s always changing, every day is different – you always have something new on the horizon.
What are you looking forward to?
Going to Europe next year – I’m really looking to visiting some places that have been on my bucket list for a long time.
What are some of Peninsula’s best kept secrets? Some of my favourites are in Red Hill and Flinders – the Epicurean being one of them. We also love the Portsea Pub – again no secret – it’s well known and always fabulous.
Your top 3 favourite shops?
Local shops Tingo & Pomme. Gazman for clothes – I am a good rap for Gazman.
What/Where was the last great meal you ate?
The Chutney Bar in Mornington – the team went there recently, and all loved it – incredible traditional Indian food and great family service.
What is your dream destination and why?
Italy – I’m really looking forward to visiting there next year – I can’t wait to taste the cuisine and visit some historical and cultural landmarks.
Who was your first rock concert?
ABBA! I’ve seen a lot but they were my first memory… I’ve also been lucky enough to see Kiss, U2, Neil Diamond, INXS, Kylie Minogue, Bruce Springsteen, Simon & Garfunkel… the list goes on and on.
You’re a sporting fan what would be your favourite sporting memory?
The 2008 AFL Grand Final – it was a toss up between that one and the 89 when my Hawks had a great win. Although the 2011 Under 11 Grand Final where I coached the boys to a win was a standout – it was a record, they won the whole final series having kicked only 2 goals – it was a proud and memorable moment.
If you could have any 3 dinner party guests dead or alive, who would they be? Lady Di, John McEnroe and The Pope.
